Plus to skills from wand and focus not working GLITCH!!

The only way I have found to fix this glitch is to switch all my gear to my 2nd tab and then it shows my skills going from 17 to lvl 23 in lighting with the +4 on my wand and +2 on my focus but at random it will show me that they are just 17 again, only issue I’ve had on console so far and it blows, I’ll have my dps just drop in the middle of a map. PLEASE FIX GGG! Thanks xD

I fixed mine by going into my skills options and setting all of my skills to only be used by weapon slot 1.
