Graphics Issues w/ New Update

Just logged in and after the patch downloaded my graphics are GARBAGE. Textures are flickering, shadows are awful despite having the same, and highest, settings since before the patch. Skills and enemies drop down to like 144P whenever there is an encounter. Ive already updated my graphics drivers. Nothing.
Anyone else seeing these graphics issues?
