Always Missing 11% of Energy Shield

I dont know if this is a bug or missing information somewhere.

Whenever i go to a new area, teleport somewhere, enter engame mapping, come to my hideout. My energy shield is always missing 11% of its maximum value. And it is always 11% never more never less.

I have tried filling it up from the Well in my hideout then going to other places... Lo and behold its again missing 11%.

I have checked my Passive Tree Nodes, unless theres a missing text, there is nothing that "reserves" "removes" exactly 11% of my maximum energy shield.

My gear has no drawbacks as affixes.

Headgear - Rare Headpiece (no negative affixes)
Chest - Morior Invictus
Hands - HoWA
Belt - Ingenuity
Boots - Rare Boots (no negative affixes)
Amulet - Astramentis
Rings - 2x Breach Rings.
Weapon - Caged God Quarterstaff
Charm - Freeze Charm

So none of my gear is affecting it.

Jewels im using all the uniques except grand spectrum ones. + couple rare sapphires.

It is not a huge problem since i can fill it up when i go somewhere but it is VERY annoying to not understand WHY this is happening.
