Archmage from 9-10% Bug. No damage increase.

I reached the level 26 archmage breakpoint with the following bonuses: +1 from a support gem, +1 from corruption, +3 from Prism Diamond (Archmage +3), and +1 from amulet corruption (+1 to all skills).

Despite all of this, there's no change in damage/dps from the increase from 9 to 10% non-channeling spell damage.

I came across posts on the forums mentioning the same issue with Archmage damage not increasing from 8-9% and that this was fixed on Jan 9th patch, "Fixed a bug where the Corrupted Skill Gem Level Modifier wasn't applying."

My DPS on Spark for example remains: 125K despite going from 9-10%.
