Trial of chaos soulcore bug

So me and mate were running the trial of chaos when we got to the 3 pedestal the first 2 soul stones went right then trouble started.

1. last soul stone was on my mates back but he could not place it (I could).

2. soul stone stayed on his back and kept dealing dmg throughout the next room

3. boss room went fine boss died but lasers and other effect kept going mate still getting damage from the stone and room did not complete

In conclusion we both died a glorious death.
