Resonating Shield does not gain aoe damage benefits only the range is boosted

Resonating shield ape range is increased from various skills. However the dps does not increase in the menu or against mobs from aoe damage boosting.

Attack and physical work.

It makes the gem that boosts aoe damage less useful

Suggestion:
Either allow it to scale aoe damage or add a red color to tooltips for features that are invalid for skills.
