Earthquake impact fissure not stackable
With maces having a MUCH slower attack speed, and the fact that qualitying the EQ gem makes it so you can have 3-4 total impact fissures, it cannot be intended not to be able to stack them on top of each other as is able to be done in PoE1.
Investing in skill effect reduction eliminates the benefit of the 20% quality Conversely you cannot move fast enough to have 4 fissures near one another if the gem quality were 20% The only logical conclusion is that they are meant to be able to overlap with one another, yet they dont. I get that a big balance patch is coming down the pipe at some point, but fixing this one thing would make EQ much less clunky in the early/mid game.
