Headhunter Permanent Invincibility Bug

When I kill a rare with proximal tangibility wearing headhunter belt I become invisible from all ranges for the whole map. Monsters don't aggro bricking many mechanics and preventing monsters that "jump out" from spawning in until resetting the map.
