Endless blizzard and Cold Mastery bug

When "Endless Blizzard" is active, it does not correctly affect all cold skills. Only the skill level changes, but the damage does not change.

However, when the "Cold Mastery" support gem is used on cold skills and then removed, "Endless Blizzard" will correctly take effect on the character panel, even if the "Endless Blizzard" point is removed.

The effect of "Endless Blizzard" will still be visible on the panel, and the bugged value of "Endless Blizzard" will only disappear when I enter a new area.
