Game crush on boss fight on t16 map with loosing all picked loot

Mspider woods, t 16, corrapted, erradieted, with boss + rituals.

During boss fight game crushed, used skills temporal chains, enfeeble, spark, sigil of power, mana tempest, fire wall.

After login back, found out what map is displayed as attempted and nothing in inventory what were picked up on map during run.
expirience seted back as map were not runed at all, t16 map obviusly gone.
also skills during run were moved in slots, this also were reseted like I didn't do it.
