Wrong account got the purchase from Steam

So long story short. I have two accounts:
1) UltimateSoul#6730 - was created after i started play from steam 2 years ago (or so).
2) Ultimate_Soul#5916 - was created 6 years (or so) ago after installing the POE client back in the days.

Context:
- i successfully bound steam to POE account;
- i successfully connected Twitch to POE account;
- i can play in POE 2 alpha using UltimateSoul#6730 account though Steam;

I will describe all the current issues i have:

1. Purchased Stash Tabs for guild.

Next flow:
1) bought the POE -> UltimateSoul#6730 account got 300 coins (which is correct).
2) bought pack of stash tabs for my clan -> half stash tabs were successfully purchased (Soul Hunters Guild got 4 tabs) -> Guild Quad Stash Tab was purchased as well (points were payed) but Soul Hunters guild haven't received that tab.

2. Twitch Drops does not appear in game Cosmetics.

As you can see the wrong POE account got the drops, and i have no way to move it to my steam account. I don't see any possibility to change accounts in the game as well. So in POE 2 using UltimateSoul#6730 account i cannot use cosmetics from Twitch Drops because wrong account got it.

3. Purchased Supporter Pack

After i purchased supporter pack via steam purchase (not in game cuz steam has regional prices so it is much cheaper for me as i am in Ukraine) wrong account got the purchase. Instead of UltimateSoul#6730 which is connected to my steam Ultimate_Soul#5916 account got the purchase. Once again i don't know the way how to move it to my "steam" account. I sent all the proofs to POE support team as email but didn't get any message for 4 weeks already, that's why i am trying to write here as well.

Hope someone from support team will help me at the end of the day, i spent time and money for that...
