Missing Campaign Skill Points

I have done the campaign with a second character and I only have 18 of 24 weapon set points available/used but my map is showing I have cleared all the bosses/quests that have the + icons so I am unsure what to do

Yeah, I have completed all of those according to the map but my weapon sets say 18 (24) and I cannot apply any more points...so I think that means I have 6 missing? Or I don't understand the UI

Bumping this, I have tried killing everything again, still seems bugged?
 Also, my Venom Crypts in a3 Cruel I guess I never picked my reward (I was kinda rushing to the endgame)  Please advise what I can do to fix this |

(24) means you have already received all 24 points.

OK, then why can I only assign half of them maybe is the question I mean to be asking?

You must have free passive points to do this. Weapon points earned in acts can be used as normal passive points (i.e. they will apply to both weapon sets). To use weapon points, you will have to refund the allocated points first. For example, if you refund 10 points (or get 10 new passive points for leveling up), you can allocate 10 points to one weapon set and 10 points to the other.

OK so I just grossly misunderstood what was happening with those. Got it! I thought they were separate from the main passive points pool.
Any advice on the venom thing? I tried going back and finding the corpse and got no drop and the NPC in the city doesn't have anything |

How come it lets me allocate a weapon set 2 passive when I have 0 skill points remaining then if its only meant to be used with the main pool?
