Unable to delete bugged quest item

So here's how I got into this mess:
I was turning in the quest item The Hammer of Kamasa to Oswald in Act III. The Game/My System crashed while I was completing the quest. When I logged back I was unable to finish giving Oswald the Hammer.

I went and collected another hammer and was able to turn that one in. Now I am unable to destroy, or even stash the quest item and have, at this moment, permanently lost 6 inventory slots.


Turns out this wasn't a bug at all, I turned one hammer into act 3 oswald but not cruel act 3
