Selecting A Character that Crashing the Game BUG

I can log on with any other characters, but the moment I click my witch, the game crashes after logging in for about 30 seconds. I try all the old ways to fix it, and it's not working. A little more context: this happened after I turned into a demon with the witch, and now I can't play with her at all. I just finished all the acts with her and how I can't play her.
