Bridgestone bug, no monsters no boss

Dear Support,

I placed my first Bridgestone (to kill XESHT) into the gate. Opened the map and walked into the hand at the start of the map. No monsters appeared and I walked myself through the map until I couldn't move any further. The countdown ended and I couldn't do anything inside the map, no boss appeared. I would like to request a Bridgestone refund as I feel like I was completely robbed.
