stuck alt key?

I've restarted my game a few times, messed around in settings... can't seem to figure out why my alt key is stuck as if i was holding it down in game. Has nothing to do with my keyboard because it works for everything else. Is there a toggle settings im missing or a hotkey i accidently pressed?
