Where is my endgame?

I finished the story, killed Doryani on higher difficulty on HC, talked to Alva and Doryani in Ziggurat Refuge, then I go into the hideout and try to launch the map, but it says finish the story. I killed Doryani again, but the picture is the same, I can't go to the maps. I can't go into Ziggurat Refuge. What's going on? How can I fix this now?
