Losing items when you die after boss death

Might be an intended mechanic. Because it has repeated several times. If a boss dies after you have died, or you die immediately after a boss; almost all items will de spawn.

Feels terrible as a new player, also feels terrible because you see a taste of the loot you were supposed to get vanish
