Dungeon bugs

Good evening! When I was farming Trial of the Sekhemas my game crashed when I killed final boss, before getting drop items and passing room with chests. When I returned to game I logged into start room without Djinn Barya (starting item for the altar). I didnt pass dungeon, didnt get drop from final boss, lost Barya and didnt loot chests. What should I do now? Can you return Djinn Barya to pass this dungeon again? Actually, the game is crashing so much usually, but this time I lost item pass..

The next problem is almost the same. I play with my friend. He is on the PS5, I am on the PC. The game always crashing, we usually cant teleport to each other, but doesnt matter.
This evening we passed first dungeon in the Temple of Chaos. First try was from my friend, he put item to the Temple Offering and we passed it. When I put item the next time and we tried to pass dungeon, but we died. I teleported to the start spot, but my items on the altair disappeared!!! Again!!!

I understand, its early game, many bugs didnt fixed yet, but that terrible. I lost items and got nothing!

What should I do now?
