Peddler's Rain Not Appearing or Working – Bug or Mistake

I just purchased the Peddler's Rain hideout decoration. Normally, new items appear as 'Just Received' in the cosmetics tab, but this one didn’t. I scrolled through and checked every effect but didn’t find it. When I traded with someone in my hideout, the effect didn’t work. Is this a bug, or did I miss something?

Never mind, I found it in the hideout editing menu
