Cannot defer item with high reduced tribute modifiers

This is getting horrible. It's already awful trying to get high tier omens, but it drives me mad undoing all my maps worth of progress when I can't complete a deferral despite having enough tribute. This happens when the "Future Discount" Tribute is higher than the reduced "Total Deferral Cost" and you have enough tribute to pay for the deferral cost but NOT the full "future discount".
Ex: future discount (in red): 2575x tribute
Deferral fee: 0x
Total Deferral cost: 1951x (normal text)
2214 tribute remaining

It's extremely annoying and invalidates the purpose of the tablet modifiers+Atlas skill point.

Also - it takes forever to get them to show up again. So you constantly run the risk of barely not having enough when trying to reroll the page, and then it undoes your last deferral. This. Sucks.
