The burning monolith bug

Hi,

This happened to me just now and to say I'm quite frustrated is an understatement.

I've finally collected all three crisis frames after hundreds of hours of gameplay and I was taken to the arena the moment I inserted all three of them without any warnings. I then teleported out of the arena without engaging in any combat believing that it would keep progress like the chao trials/trials of Sekhemas, only to find that I'm unable to go back into the pinnacle instances and now it's asking me to insert three more crisis fragments. The ironic thing is that my quest has been updated and is telling me that "You have unlocked the door. Enter the arena and explore the Burning Monolith further."

Is there anything you can do to help with this?
