WINDOWS 10 resolves ALL my fps issues.

I Downloaded windows 10 and reinstalled everything as was. I ran POE2 and it was the same old shit... until the shaders loaded in. After that I was not dropping to 30 fps but managing to maintain a stable 60fps in a breach. Not perfect but then I realised that because I could move and wasn't stuttering I was able to move quicker and kill more. From 2 breaches (One opened halfway through the first when the game blinked/teleported me to mobs near a breach I hadn't seen) I managed 126 shards. That's the most I have managed from any 2 breaches in end game thus far.

Windows 11 is a MAJOR problem. The FUBAR this time and they just are not fixing the problem. I am staying with windows 10 as long as I can. 6 months at least.
