Elemental explosions from Rare monster minions and Magic monster does not disappear

Before the 0.1.1c, all of ground Elemental explosions from Rare, Rare minions, Magic monster would disappear when the source is killed.

After the 0.1.1c, only ground Elemental Explosions from the Rare disappear when the source is killed. Rare minions, Magic monsters are not, and this is contradict with an earlier fix that would cause all ground Elemental explosions disappear when the source is killed.
