[Bug] 2 Ritual Altars instead of 4

While going through Map (I think it was Burial Bog) I've cleared the whole map to come back and do my Rituals. However instead of 4 altars I have only found 2.

My Atlas skill tree saying that there are always 4 altars:




And here is the whole cleared map (view from checkpoint) where you can only see 2 Altars present:
