Game is not loading, cannot play

Hello, since the new patch the game is unplayeable.

I put around 200 hours into the game, level 89, end game tier 15, it was okay, some crash, not that bad.

Since the new patch, the game crash all the time, if it is not crash the game is very very very slow, loading to the maps takes minutes, in the maps not loading the enemies for minutes, I die all the time cannot see any enemies, since around 2 days I cannot even login, I start from steam, ggg logo and then crash, cannot play. So sad.I cleaned the cash, verified files, etc still not working.
