It looks impossible for me to find some currencies or items....

Hello there,
I am lvl 92, i play in t15 maps. I never found 1 logbook for exemple, and it's not only this item that i can't loot. It seems for me impossible to loot the last jeweller's orb also. Some items look very very rare for me, i have only 193 breach splinters for exemple, where we need 300... is that normal ? Is that normal I miss a lot of game content when I rush maps in t15 ?!
