Arcane Blossom passive node bugged

Prior to the last patch the Arcane Blossom passive node, "15% increased Mana Recovery rate", was giving me around 100-150 mana regen a second and impacted all forms of mana recovery like potions and recoup. Currently, it is acting like a 15% increased Mana Regeneration Rate node.

Thanks for all the work your team is doing! I've been super enjoying the Beta thus far and am feeling the nostalgia of PoE1 BETA to around Legacy League and act 4 release. Can't wait for further weapons and Ascendancy trees!

It has been bugged since the start of EA. Multiple other posts about it, but no indication that it has been looked at :(
