Time lost jewel any, for quiver buff

Dear Dev,
It has come to attention that the skill tree only have one very small section for quiver buff. But that there are no jewel slots close enough for the time loss to buff that small section?
Something you missed?
Can you please correct this with full release and please add more quiver buffs in the skill tree
