Unable play and to Open Portal After Act 2 Boss (POE2)

Hi,

I am experiencing the following bug in Path of Exile 2:

After finishing the Act 2 boss in cooperative mode, the portal to exit the boss arena disappeared, along with the option to manually open a portal for my character. Other players in the community helped me by inviting me to a social session so I could teleport to them. However, since then, I have been unable to assign "Open Portal" to any button on my controller or keyboard. The portal icon has also disappeared from the bottom menu.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps with no success:

Exiting the session and restarting the game
Remapping buttons using both the controller and keyboard
Uninstalling and reinstalling the game

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I am currently unable to play.
