Steaming Springs Island spawn

I have found multiple maps on Steaming Springs with this issue and have been unable to complete 1 of them due to the character I was on.

Mobs seem to be able to spawn here with no access to the player and the player access to the mob. Other than being able to use a ranged attack or a spell that you can place on the island.

Either the island needs removed or access made to it. I have a Divine Orb on the ground in the picture I am unable to acquire due to this bug/issue.

Correction**

I am able to access it with the skill Blink. As some players do not use this skill, It would be a loss of loot or unable to complete this map.
