No trade chat - Unable to sell on trade site despite premium stash

So I am unable to buy stash tabs as I do not even have the ability to have currency in game on my PS5 for whatever reason.

My friend also on a PS5 is able to buy points and use the microtransaction shop. However, he, unlike I, cannot even see Global or Trade chat. Mine is flooded, while his is empty. So he is unable to sell or trade anything with anyone. He has premium stash tabs, to which I magically don't have access to, but he cannot sell as his items do not even appear on the site.


What is wrong with POE2? These bugs have existed since day 1 and have yet to be fixed. We both want to invest money into the game but I mean, I don't even have the option to do so.
