POE2 Attributes Bugged

As stated in the title, my attributes are bugged post latest patch. I am playing as a sorc and all my points into int are being registered as strength. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and reallocating my points with no success. I've lost 40% dps because of this and at first i thought it was a visual bug but it affects everything. At this point it is almost unplayable and makes it unfun to play. Would love some feedback from GGG on this matter.
