cant take certain items out of inventory or move them around in inventory

cant take certain items out of inventory or move them around in inventory.
Now i try put a waystone in a map but i cant move iot from inventory.
It not a lag issue, can do other things.
It usually goes away if i wait like 20 sekonds and do other stuff.
Really annoying.
It can be all kinds of items that get stuck in inventory.
