When mass moving to currency stash tab, items are going to tab before

When I hold my control and move currency to currency stash tab it goes to the one before. Recently I changed one of my premium stash tab to ppublic and no my currency goes there

You can edit the properties of your Currency tab to re-establish the Currency tab as the one with "affinity" for currency items.

On PC/mouse, right-click the tab label and click the affinity checkbox next to "Currency". Confirm your changes. Ensure that the other tab is not configured with this affinity.

There are several item type "affinities" that allow you to set any tab to be the default location for items of that type (if they have room). When control-clicking items into the stash, items will be re-routed according to your configured affinities, where applicable.
