Trial of Chaos

1) I had it two times now that if you go to the door where you have to put in the fates to access the trialmaster room, it is not possible to insert them (once I triggered this by pressing the windows button to briefly tab out of the game, the second time it wasn't availabe without discernable trigger on my part).
It can be fixed by going all the way back to the boss area of the 10th trial and returning to the door.

2) Not a bug, but the first time I beat the trialmaster I somehow missed that the ascendency is in the boss room and just left through the portal. This makes the 2 ascendency points you get from beating the trialmaster inaccessible and you have to go through the whole song and dance again and beat him.
Ngl that was pretty annoying not getting my ascendencies because I didn't do a mouse click at the right place and right time. Sure, failure on my part, but it would be cool if you fail to do this you can just allocate them on the ascendency skill tree later.

3) Not sure if a bug or not, but you can't use the waypoint in the trial to go to your hideout. You have to first go to another campaign waypoint and can go to the hideout from there.
