Instill disapearing on amulet

I instilled my amulet with 'Left Hand of Darkness', it cost around 270 ex to do so.

The next day it was no longer there, there was simply no more instill on the amulet, it was not replaced, it was simply no longer there. I'm 100% sure I have instilled it before because I checked my minion stats and it worked...
