Need assistance getting in touch with support
Is there anyway to contact support outside of email? I never received my coins or other cosmetics with POE due to an issue with my accounts (Steam + standalone client) not properly merging. I’ve sent 3 emails over the past 10 weeks to support@grindinggear.com, and cannot get response, let alone resolution. Is there anyone on this forum who can assist? I think I’ve been incredibly patient but, frankly, this is beyond ridiculous at this point.
