My abilities aren't increasing as I want them to. Isn't this a bug?

When I click on the abilities Strength, Agility, and Intelligence in the passive skills, abilities other than the ones I want are increasing.
For example, if I click Agility +5, Intelligence increases by +5, and if I click Intelligence +5, Strength increases by +5.

Passive Skill Tree Panel Int/Dex/Str attribute totals mixed up and displaying incorrectly (visual bug only) on Console and Gamepad.
