Loot Disappearing on Ground if not picked within 3 seconds

Since yesterday, loot on the ground has been disappearing for me if I am not picking it up within 3 seconds

Playing with a controller on PC

Anyone else having the same problem?

Often this is the fact that the option "Always highlight" has been unchecked. Verifying that might solve your issue. On keyboards there's a combination of keys that does this that you might not notice you have pressed - on a controller I don't know.

edit: the loot is still on the ground, the highlight disappears, and this is happening for all items except waystones

Hey man thanks for the help, yes I just noticed that items are still on the ground but the highlight to pick them up just disappears. I cant seem to find the Always Highlight option in the menu nor the shortcut on controller sadly. But strange thing is that it is happening for all items except waystones. If it was an issue with always highlight i guess it should have effected the waystones as well right? Also, I have no item filter equipped if that helps

just an update, the always highlight option was somehow auto unchecked from the gameplay section in options, had no idea how that happened, lol, thank you so much for the help. appreciate it
