Copper Citadel "Helper" Issue Because of Deadly Evo on Atlas Tree
So lovely little thing happened to me today, sadly it ruined an entire map because of it.
This is all because on the Atlas tree I have Deadly Evolution selected which randomized the mods she got. So the "helper" who spawns with you to fight this boss received the modifier that allows the "mob" to teleport to the target. Well Boss of Copper citadel managed to get his sandstorm going, she went to protect like she dose..and then just didn't because the mod triggered and teleported her. This caused the barrier to cancel/stop so i got shredded by the storm. And of course I realized too late that she had teleported and died to the storm There is 3 ways to fix this -Make the protective barrier that deflects the wind always procs without the NPC's mandatory needed assistance/animation. So once its at that time she dose the animation still but its a separate entity from her. Probably harder since you would have to separate them from the "mob" pool into their own thing. -code them to not get this mod specifically? -Or make it to where Deadly evo doesn't effect the core game mechanic NPC's Last bumped8 февр. 2025 г., 5:11:23
