Unable to upgrade the set to "Wizard of Vaal"

Issue: Unable to proceed with cash item delivery. Rejecting cash items does not allow progress.
Steps to reproduce:

1) Click the checkbox "Decline receiving cash items. You will receive coins instead."
2) Click "Next."
3) A loading icon appears on the checkbox block for about one second.
4) The loading icon disappears.
5) Nothing else happens; the screen remains the same.

The issue persists consistently for a week or longer.
