Choir of the Storm does not function with Necromantic Talisman

Basically Title, I leveled a witch to 78 to attempt to make a build around giving all my minions as high of a crit chance as possible and equipping this amulet with the necromantic talisman talent, and it does not cause minion crits to cast greater lightning.
