Time of Need less skill effect duration bug

Nevermind, as soon as I used a portal it reset.

I managed to get Time of Need down to a second by pathing in the skill tree to reduced skill effect duration nodes. Simply by leaving it on while respecing, I still have it pulsing every 1 second, even though the tool tip says it should be back up to 7.7 seconds between heals.
