Movement speed bug when auto-swapping between weapon sets

As the name implies, when swapping quickly between weapon sets and casting blink (as is the case when casting spells that auto-swap active sets), occasionally (but repeatably) the player's move speed will be noticeably reduced until casting another spell when switching back to the other weapon set.

It isn't super regular but it is repeatable and is very noticeable mid-gameplay as I'll feel a sudden drop in move speed after casting blink from weapon set 2 and then auto-swapping back to weapon set 1 by casting spark.

Also, I'm experiencing a visual bug where conductivity doesn't display on the ground while casting which is also "visible" in the video below.

The cast order in the video is:
Hold Spark (LClick) > Conductivity (Q) > Blink (Space) > Hold Spark (LClick)
