Network issues

Every day from 18:00 to 23:00 (GMT+2) i have network issues like freezes and stutters only in PoE2. After 23:00 everything is OK. But its impossible to play with such major freezes and stutters.

Developers pls fix this or tell us how to solve this problem !!!

I have no any problems in other games. And i have no packet loss, tested to many different servers and games.

Using VPN also didn't help.
