ITEM DROPS ON T15 MAPS RUN DISAPPEAR AFTER THEY DROP

Why dropped items few seconds after they dropping disappear ??? We don't even have the time to pick them up and they suddenly disappear...

This is currently happening right now on T15 running maps in Savannah map. ORBS that I could pick up just disappear in front of me as soon as they drop.

Here is a proof, at least with a dropped T15 map that is showing there in my mini map but I can't pick it up because it disappeared even if I am standing in front of it:

I lost 5x T15 maps because of this bug. During mob fights, when they drop items, it just disappears. 😤

Edit - this worked for me, from another thread: "Happened to me as well. There's an icon on your action bar that looks like an eyeball, toggle that and the loot will stop disappearing."

I don't see any eyeball icon in the screenshot which I have shared so I am confused.

Do you know how to edit the keybindings? If you do that, it will show all the possibilites to assign, and there will show the eye icon

Bottom left of your task bar; hold L2 which brings up extra choices. One of them is the eyeball. You can also alter your skill binds in the skill menu, if you aren't seeing it, you can add it.
