Lost item and lost an audiance with the king

Hi dear ggg,

I lost my audiance of the kking cause the boss was in the wall while i doing it. It's like 2 week ago and I send u a report, no answer.

Today u got a server crash and i lost my firt 20 spirit gem. That's not cool.

Can u guys do something for me?
