Trial of Sekhemas Altar Bug

I dont remember the exact details leading up to the occurance, but i had left a trial of sekhemas due to bad afflictions, and when i returned to the trial hub where you start a run, the altar stopped being interactable. I know the first thing to do would be change the instance, but im not able to. cntrl+click the waypoint, nothing happens, cant cntrl+click the map entrance. have already tried resetting the game and same problem. and funnily, i can change the instance on all other map locations, just not sekhemas. issue started over 30 minutes ago and still persists, even though it seems like it is a new instance, since my items left on the ground are gone.

Edit: i remember the start of the occurance. I left my trial and i joined someone elses trial location to buy a jewel, and i believe it started there. i am led to believe this because one of the times i was attempting to enter a trial about an hour after this started, i see the same guy join the area and immediately open up a new trial and run in. so my guess is my trial location got linked to his somehow or in someway and im not in control of opening one myself, but i was able to walk through with him.
