Atlas map reset frustration

If I am missing something obvious please let me know. For the past several hours I have tried to use the blue highlighted maps/towers. I have tried the "resetatlas" chat command. I get "Atlas may not be reset while available maps exist. So I double checked every blue circle/tower. I have 9 towers & 17 maps that show attempted. However all these are instant crash when you try to use a waystone/tablet. WTH?
